Description
Selkie Harbour is a tandem indie studio with roots in Spain and Ireland crafting off-beat games with a deeply personal artistic approach.
History
Guille and Manon met while working at a games company in Dublin in 2018. They moved to Spain together after changing jobs and decided to start Selkie Harbour as a way to push their creativity to new heights during their free time.
In 2022, they teamed up with Deconstructeam to work on Selkie Harbour full-time and explore new storytelling possibilities through a series of experimental short games, eventually co-developing Selkie Harbour's first commercial release, Many Nights a Whisper.
As Selkie Harbour, they have participated in various game jams and crafted a variety of small games exploring different ideas.

About the Team
Guille started his video games journey as part of Valencian indie team, Indie4Fun. He has also worked professionally as a programmer in Black Shamrock (Virtuos Dublin) that lead to a brief in-site contractor position in Ubisoft Toronto, and also worked full-time at Tequila Works. Beyond writing for computers, he also likes writing stories and street photography. Depending on the day you ask him his favourite game will be different but there's a chance he replies The Witness, Disco Elysium or Betrayal At Club Low.
Manon is a trained 3D animator and self-taught in the rest of the art pipeline. She was born in South Africa (and was famously bitten by a lion), grew up in Ireland (never found the pot of gold), and now lives in Spain (improving her Spanish language skills). Her favourite games are Outer Wilds, Animal Crossing, and Journey, and when she's not working on or playing games you might find her stargazing, studying Japanese, or playing piano.
